Kindergarten Graduation
Today Big I graduated from Kindergarten. I can’t believe it. It doesn’t seem that long ago that I was spending my entire morning sobbing because it was her first day and she was gone.
Now, she’s a bona fide first grader and I am shocked at how fast this year has gone. The first and last day of Kindergarten. . .
She has learned so much this year. She’s learned all of her letters and how to count to 100. She can now tie her shoes completely by herself. She also learned that kids can be mean sometimes but she has done it all with incredible courage and I am so very proud of her. On the first day of school she could barely lift her chin up to say "hello" to anyone; today she led a class song during the graduation ceremony. She started school not knowing a soul; she ended the year with a best buddy that she met on the bus of all places.
Congratulations Big I on a job well done!
I’m looking forward to having my kid back to myself for the summer, and sleeping in. . . ahh yes, sleeping in. . .
Congrats to Big I!!! And a proud looking Mom!
Graduated? So fast? Wow…time really flies. Congrats Big I!
Congratulations! I’m going to be amazed when 3B can speak, so I’ll probably pass out from shock when he counts to 100 for the first time. How the time flies. And do some sleeping in for the rest of us who can’t.
Great pictures and congrats to Big I. When my son started Kindergarden I remember him telling me he had made his first friend and it was also on the bus. Let’s hope she gets a good First Grade teacher. This makes all the difference in the world.
Congratulations to Big I! Aaron graduated kindergarten last week. It all happens so fast, doesn’t it?
My kid hasn’t quite graduated from 3hr feedings yet, but I’m sure he’ll make the leap soon enough. (#);D
Congratulations to Big I! The first of many graduations.
Oh I know! I can’t believe my first will be a 5TH GRADER in the fall!
It really does go by fast. I remember thinking when my kids were in Kindergarten how it seemed like no time at all since I was changing their diapers. Now they’re in finishing out their 5th and 6th grade years and can vividly recall when they were in Kindergarten!
Congrats you your daughter!
Congratulations Big I and BBM too! I know there were some bumps in the road this school year, but you have raised such an amazingly wonderful, caring, and intelligent young lady that she came through with flying colors. That says so much about her parents! I love the matching dressses.
Awesome Big I! Enjoy your summer break and then you get to go to First Grade! How exciting!
Congrats…a trio of babes there.
