Offer
The wishy-washy people have put an offer on our house in writing; and people, it is not a good one. If I had to compare it to something, I would say that the feeling from this offer is reasonably close to how I felt after eating bad scallops.
A half hour before we were told they were officially writing it up, we got a call for a showing on Wednesday. We also have an open house on Sunday. Something tells me that St. Joseph is working and everything is going to work out.
If you’d all like to assume the "crossed" positioning once again, I sure would appreciate it.
I still have a cramp in my hamstring from the last time you asked us all to do the “crossed” thing. Tell these buyers to get with it, because I just can’t hold these sort of poses anymore.
So a very firm explanation of where they can place their crappy offer was given then. *grins*
I’m sure it’ll all work out fine in the long run!
Did you even give them the satisfaction of saying “no way” to their offer? I’d let them sweat until the very last minute, then say “no way”. Go with your showing and your open house – your realtor can honestly say there is an offer…
Assuming the position now!
Well, that’s what counter offers are for, too. I hope your open house yields more interested buyers.
Come on St. Joseph!
Crossing everything… including my eyes!
I don’t know what is worse no offer or a bad offer.
We just dropped our price quite a bit. We even went so far as to figure out what the lowest amount we could take and walk away even was.
I’ve also been eying my own St Joseph
Good luck!
Got everything crossed again for ya.
